Harris HMC current website before we took over was failing the business. It was old and outdated and didn’t represent the business well in the market for current clients, new prospects or for new staff looking to call Harris HMC home. It was very copy heavy and challenging for users to navigate and find what they were looking for. Put simply, it wasn’t the Top 1% which is the company’s slogan.
There were multiple goals for the new Harris HMC website. To build on the brand, engage with the market and new prospects and have the Harris identity shine through by having people and relationships at the forefront. It was important for Harris to be clear in who they are and what they’re all about by explaining how people can expect to be treated when they interact with the Harris team and the process than can expect to follow. The website also is going to be used as a vehicle to attract and retain good talent.
Harris wanted to present their story in a visually pleasing way through the use of extensive photography and other digital resources. In addition, it was important to create awareness of their core service offerings by showcasing their ability and capability. The new website needed to be easy to navigate with good functionality and include things like testimonials, links to social newsfeeds and internal portals.
